Current Schedule: Latest News Cancellation Notice: The 7:15pm Thursday Restorative and Pranayama class and the 12:00 noon Saturday class have been cancelled for the remainder of the current session. Workshop Update: On Friday, May 18 and Friday, June 8, from 9-11am: Two classes remaining in the "Going Beyond the Basics Series." These classes are for Level +1 and 2 students. Challenge yourself and become inspired! Immerse yourself in a two-hour class designed to take you deep within to touch the unknown. Cost: $22 per class. Drop-In Policy: Those who would like to drop in for a single class are most welcome! Parking Update: As of 3/5/12, the parking lot is now owned by National Grid, has been locked and is no longer available for our use. You may park next to the fence or go toward the bay and turn right just past Pete's Tire Barn and park on the east side of the building. It has been graded for our use.
